"I pity the stool!"

In a take-off on Mr. T.'s trademark line on the A-Team ("I pity the fool!"), a drain cleaning company in Savannah has a cool motto.

  3. Calling a plumber is similar to seeking out a good mechanic, you really need someone that knows their trade and will be HONEST!
I had a recent drain problem that caused my drain to backup about once ever 4-6 weeks. I had the drain snaked several times by different people and paid for it each time. After a bit of homework I found Frank at the A team. Let me summarize our first phone call and I stress I was not his past customer since I never knew him.
He spent 20 minutes on the phone with me. I originally asked what a camera would cost to find the problem in my drain. Without hesitation he explained the camera was not needed. By the symptoms I described he diagnosed my problem and saved the camera fee. He came and did the job and it was exactly as he described it might be when we spoke on the phone. After the job was complete he had already taken great pictures every step of the way so I not only could see the problem but what he did to repair it. Another great quality is he not only does the job correctly but uses quality hardware to make sure the job will last. I asked Frank if he does all types of plumbing and it turns out he can do any type of residential but commercial plumbing as well. Frank at the A team has all my business and any person I know that needs Top quality fare priced plumbing repairs, Thanks Frank and your crew!!
