Peeing Chihuahua creates bomb threat at courthouse!

Here's what happened: A teenager named Melvin Ruffin was taking the bus to a Long Island courthouse when a woman's Chihuahua peed on his backpack.

Dang it! Since the backback stank of Chihuahua pee, Ruffin hid it in some bushes outside the courthouse to retrieve later.

But THEN someone saw the unattended backback and assumed it had a bomb in it! So they evacuated the courthouse, called in the bomb squad, etc., etc. All because of Chihuahua pee! (Story here.)
