Eat Well and Poop Strong!

In northern Italy, the people have a saying:

“Mangia bene, caca forte, 

e non aver paura della morte!”

And Americans eating a Thanksgiving meal can say the same thing in English: “Eat well, poop strong, and you will have no fear of death!”
