Soggy People? Yum!

Okay, work with me: It’s now possible to “grow” meat in a lab. Yay! Scientists recently took some cells from a living pig and then used it to grow pig tissue in a lab. And since the lab meat is pork, it can be eaten.

What did the lab meat taste like? “Soggy pork.”

Mmm!

But think about it! If you can take cells from an animal and then grow meat from it, cannibals must be rejoicing! After all, now they can enjoy their favorite meat without worrying about silly laws that make it illegal to, er, eat people.

So what would human meat grown in a lab taste like?

Soggy human, of course!
