Toilet Training for College Students

Over in the United Kingdom, Swansea University has been having some trouble with student use of the toilets. It seems that some of the foreign students aren't used to these devices, and so they need to learn how to sit on them and what to flush (and NOT to flush) down them.

I think higher education just became LOWER education. (Get it?)
