By the way, if you ever feel like
barfing, put some pressure on your wrist an inch or two down from your palm, in the spot that a wristband would be. For a lot of people, this somehow “short-circuits” the barfing impulse. (You can also buy wristbands with a small bead that push down on the right spot if you want.)
