Writing in the
Oregonian, Rebecca Koffman has an article about a local store that stocks a variety of
interesting meats. You know, like ostrich tenderloin, alligator sirloin, and
python fillets.
What does python
taste like? No, it doesn't constrict your taste buds. I guess that the best word to describe them would be
